The Iberian congresses are famous for the magnificent organisation, wide geography of lecturers, the high professionalism, and also sparkling atmosphere and the sated cultural programme. The XXVI Iberian Astrological Сongress has taken place in Madrid, in the middle of June, 2009. This event has collected extensive audience and the best astrologers from the different countries: Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Peru, Switzerland, France and Russia.

Selection of reports was made on a competitive basis, in three stages. The independent commission of professional astrologers estimated each report on several indicators — originality, novelty, the system approach and applied value of researches. Within 3 days of work of the congress 22 participants have presented the researches in various areas, among them — astrometeorology, a medical astrology, mundane astrology, Fashion Astrology. Veronica Tkachenko's report «New classification of the Zodiac in the astrological theory of fashion trend forecasting» has been met with a great interest and noted by the special diploma.
